The GUI will consists of common functions such as browsing, searching and exporting the data and its associated meta-data collected throughout the duration of the HUSERMET project. Each function is described in more detail below:

  • Browsing
    • Study-based (disease-based) or overall project browsing
    • Data and its associated meta-data with relevant laboratory information (e.g. instrument setting, experiment design details, etc.)
  • Searching
    • Single query and canned query (i.e. multiple queries)
    • Cross-study querying on common fields, e.g. gender and age, etc
  • Exporting
